If you don't mind a guy butting in (pun intended

), I know $0.02 about this, because it's something I'm working on myself.
Anterior pelvic tilt means that the pelvis is tilted forward, and it's worth working on because it affects your posture -- your butt sticks out, and so does your stomach. It's associated with lower back pain, but it's not clear if it's cause or effect. Anyway, it's common among people who have desk jobs. Here's
a good link.
Female-bodied people naturally have more of an anterior pelvic tilt than the male-bodied, soI'd assume that to the extent HRT helps give you a more female body, it would promote more of an anterior tilt to the pelvis.
Posterior pelvic tilt is when the pelvis tilts the other way, and it looks like you have no butt... but it seems like 90% of the time, when pelvic tilt is a problem, it's the anterior kind.
If you Google "pelvic tilt" you'll find a lot of information about why it matters, and a lot of good exercises to correct it. (Trigger warning: a lot of what comes up will relate to pregnant women.)
