So, uh, hi! Those pictures are me! Well, first of all let me tell you that I have a really high voice, and that's not the problem for passability. I have recently come out but have not started hormone therapy yet. I first started this on Facial Feminization but I feel I went way too ahead, it's one of the last things I should think about.

According to these photos, do you think I have any chance? I think my nose is way big, and its distance to my mouth is rather big too. My eyebrows are rather bushy and I'm gradually working on them, so people don't notice it.

What do you think of my face?

Thank you for reading :))

You do pass! I see a certain softness in your face which helps alot, as you stated working on your eyebrows, it might seem like a small thing but it changes your face!
I am FTM and I brush my eyebrows down (sounds silly) but it really helps because I naturally have thin eyebrows :)

Goodluck! :D

You have a good base for HRT to work with. I don't see the need for FFS until you have been on them for a year or so. HRT will change your face a little. I would let HRT work then reevaluate later. Only my opinion though.  :)

A profile pic would help show the shape/size of your nose. Small, dainty chin; huge lips; nice delicate facial structure; huge eyes...all are bonuses. Get those eyebrows shaped and you'd stand a good chance. But passing isn't all about looks (or voice) - it's also in how you present yourself and confidence.

As you can see, I have a quite prominient brow ridge, it is awful :c I'm not sure what shape my forehead has.

I like your chances. Brow ridge is no big deal - bangs will deemphasize that to the point that no one will notice.

Your superpower is your chin. It's totally a female chin. Square jaws are really hard to hide.

I predict a short time into your transition, guys will be stopping you for your number.
Have you read my short story The Eve of Triumph?

Gosh, you're most of the way there. Just grow that hair, shape those eyebrows, and get ready for what I imagine will be very pleasing results on HRT.

Cheers,
Tegan

But passing isn't all about looks (or voice) - it's also in how you present yourself and confidence.

You can look as female as a cis girl, but if you don't move right, talk right (and I'm not talking just pitch) or have the self esteem and self confidence, you likely won't pass.. It's a whole package deal - get most of it right and you'll probably be fine.. But it really is more than just looks.

Hard to say, but you look young so that's like having a huge head start already.  I definitely think you'd have potential.

Oh yes, totally! I do realize this, but I do think that voice and appearance are determining factors, even if you look kind of clumsy in woman mode, I think that if you have got these right, you will most likely pass. But other factors are important as well, I agree that it is a package deal :)

Thank you for the feedback, all! Another pictureee:

Actually I don't see much of a brow ridge, and the part of it that's fat & muscle will shrink a little (mine has at only a little over 4 & 1/2 months in). You have a small face which is a benefit, and as the other girls have pointed out large eyes. Your eyebrows do need work though but that's minor. I think you've got a great base for hrt to work it's magic.

Best wishes.

I think you'll do fine c: you need to fix up your eyebrows, accent your eyes and get really any girlish hair style and you'll be set c:

Awww, girls, thank you so much for the support!! :)

I think I overplucked my eyebrows in the meantime... it's not working in my favor at all :( now I don't know how to fix it, I just pencil them but they look so artificial. Lukcily, no one at my school noticed the mess. They barely look at my face to notice a difference...

There are women who totally and purposefully remove their eyebrows,....then pencil them in.

I never understood that, but it does mean it isn't an unusual thing to see.

In terms of height, I  don't know exactly but I am close 5 feet aand 7 inches. Here in Portugal that is medium tall for a woman, and short for a man. I don't really know much how that would be in other countries, such as USA or so. It really depends. On most Asian countries, I would be a super tall woman. If I went to Finland or Sweden I'd probably be within the average range.

Thanks again :)
