In mid April, I was prescribed Spyrolactone and Estradiol. I was supposed to take 2 of each of these per day. I started with 60 pills per can. The medication period was supposed to be for 30 days, my last day being next Thursday. Had i not messed up  i wouldn't have anymore pills left but I have more pills than i should have left, meaning i messed up. I made sure i took the exact dosage!

What should I do?
They say identity theft is a crime. Well, needless to say, a crime has been committed. My identity has been stolen. No, no one knows my social security number or has my credit card. I'm walking around in the wrong body. I'm wearing a costume which I cannot remove... and the only way I can remove that costume, is through surgery

Body changes happen at different rates for everyone, everybody goes through it differently. And dont spent too much time comparing your progression with others, it can get a bit upsetting if you descover other are progressing faster.

My advice would be to bring up any changes or lack of changes with the perscriber to talk about any issues your having with body changes.

Ive not started hrt yet but, with what ive read here progress can be very slow, with little to no changes at all in the first few months. and for a few the changes can stay minor after years.

As for the extra pills... I Have no idea/ wrong date?

It takes a long time for HRT to do its thing. Don't expect much in the very beginning.

What should I do?

Buy one of those pill boxes with a compartment for each day that old people use?

Or is there a possibility that you started with more pills than you thought?

Make a log that you sign immediately after taking your pills?

If it's a couple of pills left over, no biggie.  If you're talking about 10, 20 pills, yeah, something got screwed up somewhere and you may want to check with the doc.

No, i definitely had 60 pills per can, as i was supposed to, on my first day. They didn't screw up, i did.

You likely forgot to take it here and there.  It's okay.  It happens and it won't screw you up too much for such a short period, especially when you are just starting out.  I suggest getting a daily pill counter/separator.  That way you can divide the medications by each day and ensure you don't miss a dose.

You shouldn't do anything, except try and remember to take your pills at the right time in the future.
