Just found out that I am a step uncle today. Breanna - 3 pd 6 oz  17and a quarter inches long. She was not due till middle of Janurary, Stared to have problems so they had to do a c section and found a tumer the size of a baseball pressing up against the babys head. Mother and baby is doing fine. waiting for the results on the tumer.

So glad things have turned out okay. It's pretty tough for premies to survive. I will pray there are no turns for the worse. I love babies too. They seem to gravitate to me. I guess they sense my natural maternal instincts.

One day when my grandchildren were visiting I was walking down the hall and heard this thump, thump, thump, thump behind me. I turned to see my youngest grandson who was maybe 6 months at the time following me down the hall at high speed. He looked up at me and just had the biggest cuttist grin you can imagine. So naturally I picked him up and carried him around with me for awhile. He was very happy with that. I love babies.
