First, I LOVE your avi! uber-cute!! Second, I would email her again, saying "sorry, I guess my first email that I sent on (such/such date/time) got lost in the cloud.. here is what I wrote in it, and still need.. " and copy/paste what you wrote. Follow up with a phone call. If you still get no answer/reply, find another agent in that same office and go with that person. Still no answer? Write/or -phone- call to that realtors main office, to get the attention of the head agent. If it's not a nationwide chain (like Remax, or RealtyOne, etc) but with a specific agents name.. like Steven Hawking Realty <--- (totally made up name) call and ask to speak to that named agent, and say you have been ignored by the agent you tried to contact and you believe it's because of your trans status, and isn't that discrimination grounds?
If you tried being nice and honest, and got dissed because you are trans, it can open an area where the main agent/owner may not want publicity. Not done as a threat, but done to secure fair housing.
