so i'm panning on having FFS later this year. my top 4 picks were
1. DiMaggio
2. t-change
3. femilife
4. Cardenas

my main concern is my forehead so i think DiMaggio would be the best choice since femilife and Cardenas are not known for aggressive forehead work. i emailed t-change thinking DiMaggio was still working with them but when they replied to me i found out they have a new surgeon (Dr Javier Rossi) I've looked at the before and afters they have on the website but i don't think they're the greatest, the price is very affordable though. this is what i got from them:

Thanks for the heads up on this new doctor. I just checked out the T-change website and must say I like his results very much, especially if you consider the price they gave you. I will ask them for a quote myself. I got a quote from them a couple of years ago when Di Maggio was still there, but now they seem to be much more affordable. Good!

yah i just wish they had more results posted on their website, i'm very tempted to go to them. DiMaggio quoted me the same procedures above + a nose-job for $18k. the difference is quite big.

i am in the same position as you my choices are between dr Rossi or Femilife, i will only do forehead and nose but i am leaning towards femilife just because i saw more results from them.I like dr Dimaggio foreheads but i dont like they way he is so conservative with the hairlines that is why i decided againt him because i need some hairline lowering.So i also would like to hear about anyone that has been to Dr Rossi before.

It's always the same old story, I guess. If they had more pictures to show, prices wouldn't be this low. And as soon as this surgeon becomes more popular, prices will likely go up.  I got a quote from T-change back in 2009 when Di Maggio wasn't still as known as he is now. It was 13K for the full FFS. i wanted to go femilife too, but i think they're very conservative with foreheads and I've also read a couple horror stories about them recently here on Susan's. i really like DiMaggio's foreheads so i will end up going to him most likely. Dr Rossi's results are not bad, but they seem very conservative to me, specially the foreheads.

you are right, in a couple years he's probably gonna have the same prices as DiMaggio. but i don't wanna chance it.

I know Dr. Rossi is new, but with his inaugural prices, he is the only FFS doctor I can afford. I suspect the previous T-Change doctor left for another similar organization...perhaps to increase his fees, but I'm not sure. Nonetheless, I was thoroughly impressed with Amanda's incredible detailed & prompt information and explanation of options.

I had FFS in 2001 with Dr. Suporn. At the time, Dr. Suporn didn't do Type-3 forehead work. As a result, the sinus bones still protrude while the outer brow bones are shaved down. Looks rather weird, and I've been hiding it with thick glasses ever since. Dr. Suporn also did work on my jaw, chin, upper lip, nose, baggy eyes and adams apple. For me, it just didn't do the trick.

Dr. Rossi will be doing quite a bit of revisionary work. I will update all related message boards with results, to include before and after pics.

im sorry you didn't like the results you got from Suporn, im not a big fan of what I've seen from his ffs results. Dr Rossi's prices are great, when are you going to see him?

T-Change seems to have excellent results, very natural and feminine.

I just got my quote from Amanda and it's very very tempting, it's consistent with what jenn90210 posted. I am sooo looking forward to seeing your before and after pics. Thanks for wanting to share them!...Dr. Rossi is my first option now too.

amazing, i am decide too go t-change 4 my surgery, but maybe in 20 july or more late

Someone just recently reported MAJOR serious issues having surgery with Femilife... they used cheek implants that were not cheek implants at all but were silicone padding cut out with scissors and were not secured to the bone, they were free floating. Also issues with rhinoplasty and a few other things. She had to see another surgeon to fix these issues and it ended up being an 8 hour surgery!  I noticed they were on the list... Just a heads up!

I also decided too go with T eh-change and Doc Rossi.

anyone know if it is reliable and Amanda T-change? these international payments do not give me great confidence, I would like to pay the remaining money to arrive. It's what worries me.

My initial $2k down payment (to lock in T-Change surgery date of July 2nd) and my $10k wire transfer 1-month prior went through without any issues. The payments are actually made to a U.S. credit union tied to Dr. Rossi. Don't forget to get your Passport and pay your Argentina entry tax of $160 (and bring the barcoded receipt).

Good luck with that! Please advise how it goes, I'll be lurking around, as I am considering going to himself too. The results look good (but they are very few), thought all the comments, replies I've had and so on and so forth are quite positive.
