This again seems to be one of these YMMV subjects. Here is some feedback I got directly from one of Chett's patients regarding GRS & BA at the same time (plus a face-lift in her case..)

"For the breast augmentation I did not have any problems, I only had some pain in my one arm when I moved my arm in a certain way but the breast augmentation is almost painless. I did not enjoy the daily breast massage from the nurses as they push very hard which is painful."

From the same person I also learnt that you could have someone with you fulltime in the hotel:

"Dr Chettawut has staff that can stay with you for a few days, a week or more to assist you when you return to the hotel. I also went alone and thought I would be OK alone at the hotel but to be honest it is really difficult after surgery at the hotel on your own and I would recommend making use of this service. The assistant stays with you 24 hours and helps you with everything from emptying the urine reservoir on the catheter, assisting you when showering, opening the door for visitors, ordering food, going out to buy anything you need etc. "


This service is apparently available for about 30€/day ie. around 40$ which sounds very reasonable, so that's another concern off my mind. Based on all of that, I'll stay with the idea of doing both together and will be happy to provide my feedback on the experience a little over 3 months from now..
