i want soft feminine skin i do not want to grow boobs
can hormones only help me to get soft skin?
if yes how much time it takes to give me soft skin
if it does grow boobs ist then is there any other way to get soft skin only?

Sorry, HRT is basically a package deal and results differ from person to person based on health, genetics and other factors. I hate to appear rude, but if soft skin is all you want try a good moisturizer. HRT is to treat gender Dysphoria and is not a "cosmetic" tool.

drink a lot of water.  staying hydrated will soften you up.

If your beard is dark, you can go with laser hair removal, that will make your face look younger.  If you have lighter/white/clear hairs., go with electrolysis.

I am not sure what you want to accomplish here? You can't pick and choose HRTs effects and it can cause permanent things like impotence, infertility and other issue's. It is not something to casually play around with.

You are being totally unrealistic and are very uneducated about HRT. I would advise you to get Therapy immediately. Most of HRT effects take years to do what you are asking. It is not something to play or experiment with because you are changing your bodies chemistry and need routine blood checks to determine your over all health (liver, kidneys, etc.). I don't feel personally you are a good candidate for HRT anyway.

but what i needed is soft and girlish face
maybe other way can help but if hrt helps me on this maybe i can start on this

Be warned, not only can you not pick and choose which results you get, you can't control the SPEED.

I got boobs before I had significantly softer skin, and I was a 42C at 3 months on HRT...
