My therapist is giving me my letter friday since he has to draw it up. Finally after waiting i am cleared to start hrt.

its still to early though. i take my sleeping pill now, i'll wake up around 4 am xD

Congrats! how long did you wait to be able to start hormones? here in Italy you have to go through 6 months of psycological ealuation

i have it pretty bad so mines was only a month, plus i'm starting to show signs of masculinity so my therapist said he write my letter so i can start t-blockers. i also did writing on my past which helped expedite the process. i'm in psychotherapy which is recommended but not really required which further expediated my therapy since every week i just kept talking instead of just skimming over what i was feeling. i think the its still 3 months in certain states. not sure though

Congratulations!  It sounds like you've been really, really needing it so I'm glad you're finally on the road to transition now.

now my mother is trying to gate keep me. oh well, i'm old enough and i can just keep my pills in my room and take them without her knowing. cant believe she said she'd support me and now she questioning my motives and saying why cant i just be what i want to be as i am. seriously cant wait to live on my own but of course i'm responisible for her. dont know why my sisters and brother putting that responsibility on me. 

If you keep them in your room there might be a chance that they get "lost". It might be wiser to keep them in your handbag or backpack till your mother comes around. At least then you will know where they are at all times. Living with parents generally means we have to play by there rules, still cheating is always a viable option.

well my financial situation should be change hopefully this summer so if i have a stake in the house, she basically cant really say anything, and she cant bar me from my pills since she isnt paying for my therapy or my pills, but i can see she is concerned becuz i'm currently in a court case and she wants me to win it so this would destroy my chances if i'm not careful. she just needs to see my therapist and get the info on this and she should come around. i love my mom to pieces but sometimes she drives me nuts and does try to gatekeep me but she is overprotective becuz of my hurting from my past. as to my pills, i would never lose them since i need them to live lol

do i have to call my endo and set up an appointment or do i have to have my pcp set up the appointment? i saw my endo 2 weeks ago so kinda confused on the processes and my other question is, can my pcp give me a script for t-blockers and send the blood work to my endo or does my endo need to do this?
