A Superior Court judge in Polk County, Iowa, ruled Thursday that the state's ban on gay marriage is unconstitutional and ordered the county to grant marriage licenses to six gay and lesbian couples, the Des Moines Register reported.

Outstanding!  If it makes it to the supreme court, the ruling will be 5 to 4 against him.  They'll have to round up the marriage certs and nullify the marriages.  I hope not, that is.  But I fear that is exactly what will happen.
