Aquarelle I like the outfit on you. I'm not a fan of the dark colored scarf around your head though. It makes you look like your ready to go gardening or something you wouldn't do wearing that outfit. I sometimes wear a scarf like this when out on my boat to prevent tangles and knots forming in my long straight locks. Or if I'm getting ready to paint a wall or something in my house.

Bottom line, I love the outfit on you, but lose the scarf.
Now you just need a tan girl!

I have got a male pattern baldness, so scarf (actually band) is a must... :(

Today my mail lady said OMG you have such beautiful wavy silver hair, you are absolutely hot! I said "Really?" and took off my baseball cap, she said, "You'd better wear the hat!"   :'(

Barbie, for my eye makeup that day I used a palette from stilla called "in the light". First I did my water/tight-line with a black pencil, not to intense though. I swept "gilded gold" across my lids, applied "kitten" into my inner corner and slightly blended out. I then took "sunset" and used that in the outer corner and crease. Applied "bare" below brow line and above "sunset". Blended the "sunset" & "gilded gold"  near the outer corner of my eyes. Took a very small amount of "bubbly" and used that under my bottom lash line on the inner third past the "kitten". A touch of "sandstone" on the outer third under bottom lash line. Lined with a black liquid eyeliner and winged out. Mascara for lashes, 1-2 coats and done!

Takes a little more time to do than your average everyday makeup look. But I enjoy taking time for myself and I love the results. If you are not so great at winged eyeliner you can use tape & powder. Or just keep practicing with a liquid liner until you get it. You can always do the liner first so if you mess up it's easier to fix with some makeup remover (or lotion) and a q-tip. You can go back over it after you have done all the eyeshadow to redefine it.

I finally had a chance to get to the mall and shop for some things I've been wanting lately!

Got a white long floofy skirt and denim shorts for the summer and found some cute colorful tank tops and tshirt,

Just a "California Girl" trying to enjoy each sunny day

You look fine Emily. Your look suggests a very sensible middle aged woman. Hopefully hrt will get some of your hair back up front. When you start hrt, ask your Endo to include Dutasteride (Avodart) in your regimen. It has ans is continuing to do wonders for my hair's thin spots. Maybe it can work it's magic on you too.

Thanks Allyda for your kind words I will keep your suggestion in mind as I really don't want to rely on wigs for life I really do hope something can be done with my front bald spot.

Thanks, Jessica, for your detailed reply.

Yes. Eye makeup is critical not only in appearance, but also in social interaction with people. I have noticed that reaction and attitude of people changed greatly after my wearing eye makeup. Negative comments were greatly reduced. My colleagues and others say I became too much pretty and they could not recognize me at first. Nowadays male colleagues and friends treat me as a lovely lady, and female colleagues adore me with respect to body maintenance and fashion sense.

It is too complex to follow your procedure of eye makeup, but I will definitely try a liquid eye liner you suggested. After mastering this, then I can proceed to the next level.

My yesterday's outfit and first time out with a skirt and showing some skin:

Yes. The headband seems to work greatly for you.
Red or orange color match well with black color. How about trying a black skirt with the same top?

Well... it sucks :( I hope I will be able to save some money soon, so I can start Avodart and hope, that it can help, because I am still 33, for heavens' sake! I can't wear scarves and bands all my life... I've just been reborn and I still feel prisoned, because my voice is broken, my hair is missing... Sometimes I feel doomed... :(

Thank you very much :)
Unfortunatelly, I don't have your silhuette, so anything black below my waist is narrowing my hips and... I just look like a ->-bleeped-<-... :(

Thanks :)

V M - I am a rock chick :) But I find it difficult to smile for pictures... it is like... forced... And doesn't look good. If I feel it at the moment, it is ok, but I was nervous and that's why I am not smiling.

I understand, and also like the pic.  8)  I like the way the guitar is in the background along with some other stuff, creates a cool balance in the pic while featuring you well

The main things to remember in life are Love, Kindness, Understanding and Respect - Always make forward progress

Superficial fanny kissing friends are a dime a dozen, a TRUE FRIEND however is PRICELESS

All of you look so amazing <3! Just finished a train wreck of a week. Car decided it would be the most optimal time to break down twice, which only adds stress to a stressed bank account. Which in turn adds more stress to me - Yippee! Let's just say it was a good thing I turned down buying a rather expensive straight iron...

Anyways, enough of my troubles really.. I finally added a few shirts to my impressively tiny summer clothing collection:

I just love that top Jessica it's so cute

Uh, Yea, Aquarelle Avodart has helped me with my problem areas immensly. You can no longer see my scalp where they are unless my hair is wet. What I had was a feminine hair loss pattern though due to my unique chromisonal issue. With feminine hair loss you keep your hairline but it will get thin in areas or patches. I never had any widows peak's or hairline problem. Just thinning on the left side top of my head. On the 3rd day my hair loss stopped and began reversing. I've seen many with male pattern hair loss that Avodart has helped. Avodart (Dutasteride) more effectively blocks the evil DHT, which causes hair loss in both men and women. I believe you will do very well with it. Just don't get discouraged though because it does take time. But I'd say that at about a year you'll see significant regrowth, and thickening of that regrowth. Overall your hair will grow faster and longer too.
