Hi everyone.

Does anyone have a rough idea of the cost of Dr Spiegel's surgery if I have the equivalent of Dr O's full FFS (the Works)? (ie, Forehead remodelling, rhinoplasty, liplift, chin remodelling, hairline advance etc)

I have to make a decision very soon and if Dr Spiegel is too expensive for me I might have to go elsewhere, though I really like the chins he does; very small and pointly  which I've always believed was an important female marker.

Does anyone know? I only need a rough idea, and I am booked for a Skype with him, but not until June, which is too late as I have to decide right now!

On the low end expect mid 30's on the high end mid to high 40's then add in cost (hotel, food, and etc).
boston and the area he is in is not cheap, at certain times of the year. Other times
you can find some great deals.

I am looking at having chin and chin muscle reduction with either Dr. S. or Dr. Z. Dr. S. quoted me $9150 and Dr. Z. quoted $8000. This was as of two days ago.

Unfortunately Speigel is not afraid to constantly raise his prices
year after year. I was surprised to here of someone charge as much
as he does for the "works"

Operating Room 2,650.00
Anesthesia 900.00
Total Surgical Fee: $21,850.00

This reinforces my decision not to choose him for FFS. Helping people and making money off of them are two different things, and it seems he prefers the latter.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but Dr. Spiegel's FFS before and after photos seem to show pre-HRT photos against the post FFS photo. They seem like they could be years apart which exaggerates a little. I'm still a fan of his after pictures, though.
