I made my dog some cookies this evening, and I just wanted to share! They were so fun to make and turned out nice and crunchy and my baby is in love with them!

I used 2c. whole wheat flour, 1 cup peanut butter, 1/3 cup canola oil, 1 egg, 1 packet of plain flaxseed hot cereal, 1/4 cup of black strap molasses and close to 1 cup of water.

For the icing, I used plain greek yogurt, added a smidge of raw honey, some powdered sugar to sweeten/thicken and cornstarch for additional thickening. Also, neon food colors and sprinkles!

Cooked at 350 for 20 minutes, then turned over and cooked an additional 15 minutes.

My spouse once said, "Men are dogs!" I looked at my Border Collie "Cody Dawg" and said, "Hear that Cody? We're brothers!"

Erm..uh can Cody and I have a cookie?
