So iv been viewing other photos on this forum and im really confused as to what type forehead I have and also what needs to be done/ what any surgeon would do? would appreciate any comments.

Ill start by saying iv already had a rhinoplasty which im happy with, and I also draw my eyebrows on so this kind of disguises how masculine that area is. Anyway I understand my orbital rims are very heavy, but I do not have an overhang in the centre of my forehead, it flows with my nose - this is my main concern (the pics might make it look like I do perhaps but its more the angle) basically what type of procedure would suit me best? would dr Z be able to feminize it successfully? or do I need my frontal sinus set back? Its just if the centre above my nose is pushed back then id need more taken of my nose perhaps... hope this makes sense! I hope the links below work.

Personally I don't see a need for any procedure, but that is my opinion.  :)

Like I say my natural eyebrows are much lower. And my orbital rims are extremely prominent.. and also my temples are very hollow, you just cant really see the extent in these pics.

Bottom line is that it isn't a female forehead, even if some females do have masculine foreheads, they still look female because every other aspect of themselves is female like. But thanks  :)

You face looks really good as it is, but if you where specifically seeking work i
would advise toward work on the orbital rim as in one of picture you can see a minor
boxyness to the skull. If you did orbital rim it would just round it out nicely. Also
If you see Dr Z. I have odd that he would recommend moving the hair line in the corners.
you hair is covering the corners but if the hair line recedes it would be a nice touch up.

Honestly you look great, but if you want surgery it would be just touch ups to refine .
I saw Dr. Z and he could totally do this..

Thanks for the advice  ;D ill see what dr Z says. as for the hairline thing im still deciding, he can do a procedure behind the hairline which involves drilling holes... seen it on his website, therefore theres no scar.. does anyone know anything about this? Its for patients or females with adequate hairlines..

your forehead is a Type Female, you have a beautiful forehead

My honest opinion, you most certainly don't need type 3 forehead remodelling, maybe just type 1. Basically some grinding down, but not even a whole lot.

agree, type I if anything... and not a whole lot. Your forehead is barely worth a mention, lucky girl :)

Oh I was convinced it was type 3 for a while! Thanks girls it means a lot saying that, I honestly have been self conscious about my forehead, In person my temples are very hollow etc.. I mean my forhead is ok, not pretty, and I could pass as male without makeup. Anyway ill keep everyone updated on what I get done. Thanks again.

As I get ready for my FFS I am really following the various options and the amount I want done. The brow is the most defining aspect of making my face feminine and while mine are not prominant they are certainly more than yours. If mine were like yours I don't know if I would do anymore, you are lucky?
