OK so in my male world I have asked this question to several male friends and all basically responded the same. I have a issue with their answers, because it doesn't apply to me.

OK, whewww... Ummmm ......well I know I am transgendered. I also know I am extremely bisexual.  I know I have had blood in my urine since late childhood? The question I had asked them was if they were injured in the testicals area. Where would they feel the pain?  ALL of them said in the testicals  area.  If this is the proper place to feel the pain then why do I feel it in the ovaries area.  What I am wondering is am I confused or am I,....XXY chromosome???  Do I have additional parts?

Perhaps you should check with a doctor and see. Even if not blood in the urine with worth getting checked out, even if it is just for a doctor to say it is normal for you.

I have had many doctors mention it and when I say yes its been there all my life they say oh,...OK. I've thot about getting a DNA test but kinda difficult to get one. While health care is free in Canada. They don't really allow you to choose medical tests at your fancy.

I don't get blood in my urine, but I do feel the pain where I think the ovaries would be. (I assumed it is just the nerve endings of wherever the testes are attached internally) I do have mild discomfort around the actual testes, but nothing compared to those points inside.

I don't think it is anything unusual, but maybe we should both check with our doctors... Sadly I just saw mine this morning...

what Hikari said. As a urological problem it could be a number of things at work (kidney or prostate disease, likely the former). Inferred pain doesn't mean genetic abnormalities.

I am still using my birth hardware, I haven't had surgery. I don't really see the sense in it for me.

Blood in urine? Most likely a bladder or kidney issue.. And should probably be investigated. Inferred pain? Essentially meaningless, as appendix pain can 'appear' on the left and the appendix is on the right. But the fact there is pain should also be investigated.

No no no,  there never was pain. I had asked if a guy was kicked in the area would it hurt the testical  area or somewheres else, as I  have no testical  pain other than ovaries.
