I will post a longer version later on due to the fact I am 5 days post op from an 8 hour surgery by Dr Lee to repair all the errors made by Dr Pimentel at Femilife. The surgery lasted so long because of the complication from 3 things done by Femilife's Dr Pimentel, The nose, the cheek implants and the chin were just mind blowing for DR Lee when he open me up.

I will send a longer version after recuoerating and coming back home with my lap top to write a longer post about my experience with Femilife and how they messed up my nose, cheeks and chin.


In the meantime here's picture of the so call cheek implants Femilife had placed without any screws to have them in place. Instead they used a silicone sheet and cut off pieces with scissors and made some groove on the face I'm guessing to have them stay in place.

 Beyond scary, I wonder how many people have received these "implants" at femilife! , not only that, but I have read their preop warning and prep email to a girl here on Susan's and that was also scary to read and appalling, people need to be adviced on the fact that Peru is actually very far behind many of the other Latin American countries, hence you are likely to get much much better care in Mexico or Argentina if you're looking at one of these options, I am appalled.

I also read another post of a girl who went there and had very very bad news to report once she got back, people are better off waiting a few months and saving extra than going to femilife, fixing mistakes is a lot more expensive than getting it right the first time around .

Thanks for sharing this info, it should have some impact on many, particularly the younger girls desperate for ffs and without the means for a better surgeon, better to wait than get ruined.

Not only that, but the nerve these people at femilife have, to prey on transgender women and to turn a specialised surgery into a joke! Just can't understand why there's so little respect for the trans community that a place like this can spring up, and keep afloat by conning transgender women in need of help, who have to work even harder than everyone else just to have a shot at a life everyone else takes for granted, I'm sorry if I'm pointing the finger too much here much but it's beyond me. I hope everyone does their research as well, and go to a reputable Dr.,  And to shedevil I wish you all the best from now on, it's a different page in your life now, but you did not deserve to be taken advantage of like that. Agree, better to go to Mexico (Cardenas) or Argentina (DiMaggio or T-Change)  than to risk having surgery in Peru with "Destroyourlife". The difference in price isn't that much...

Now I see I nade a huge mistake by going there, I agree that Cardenas or Argentina would of been a much better choice and pricewise it wouldn't of been that much more

By going to Femilife, I wanted to save money for other feminization procedures. I guess I learned my lesson, cheaper might cost you more at the end, plus its our life and face we are playing with

the total FFS package was 15,400
it included these below done in 2 surgeries spread out

first surgery was:
rhinoplasty
hairline lowering
sub nasal lip lift
type 3 remodelling of forehead

second surgery was:
cheek implants
upper and lower bleph (they cut for lower bleph without any showing results)
chin reduction
fat transfer to lips
small revision rhinoplasty with alarplasty

These procedures below was originally in the package but the Dr ended up not doing for different reasons (I thank God they didnt attempt to do them)
face and neck lift
jaw reduction
brow lift
shaving of adams apple

Thanks, Shiela. I wanted to see how Femilife compares in price to Dr. Cardenas in Mexico (who I had my surgery with)  They are roughly the same, less the face/neck lift and cheek implants. 

All said I paid about 16k for:

Type I brow bossing reduction
Brow lift
Hairline correction
Rhinoplasty
Jaw/Chin reduction
Fat transfer to lips
Trach shave (adams apple)
Liposuction under the chin/neck area

I would have paid extra for type III forehead, upper lip lift, and cheek implants or fat transfer to the cheeks.

Yes, it seems they did a good job on a few ladies in order to bring home the bacon and have been busy butchering women ever since.
I think there is a difference between surgeons who's work just isn't that great and between those surgeons who actually butcher their patients, like Femilife. Hopefully through word of mouth we can put a tangible DENT in their operation.

Be warned about Femilife everyone! If you want to save a buck on FFS there are other safer options out there!

About the hospitals in Peru, well for the first surgery, when I got in the surgery room, I could see the ceiling was pretty dirty, and the floor was black but even on that color I could see it was not clean. I got really scared. But this wasn't the worse because the second surgery they had booked a different hospital, which was pretty old and not too clean. The first surgery I stayed 2 nights in the hospital, but for the second surgery, right after surgery they brought me to the room where you wake up, that room was so small that I felt I was waking up in the corridor. And then afterwards, they brought me to the apartment the same night all buzzed up frpm anesthesia.

But the worse about Femilife, is not being able to talk directly with the doctor anytime I had a concern or question. Always needed to go through the administrator to schedule an appointment or wait for her to come back with an answer from the doctor. Plus because her english was not that good, to try and explain to her what was my concern or question and then she needed to understand me to explain to the doctor what was my concern, So the whole ordeal was really hard to digest.

Apart from the cheek implants, the nose was not done properly, it was caving in because there was no support where the nostrils are. So it would of been caving in even more in a few years to prevent me from breathing.

As for the ladies who have videos on the site, and looks like they had good results, at first glance looks can be deceiving. I would like to see if after a year these girls have problems. I know one who has a video posted on Femilife, contacted me saying she was sad to hear about my ordeal, and she explained that her results are ok even though they messed up her chin.

Anyway I could ramble on and on about Femilife. I made a big mistake by going there wanting to save money. When it comes down to it, its your face, do you want to hurt your wallet or your face.

Just be careful.

still swollen, I can see the results will be incredible. Dr Lee's experience is out of this world. He is such a great surgeon, triple board certified.

Dr Lee's prices are really competitive, the total
cost I paid not only included revision to nose, cheeks, chin, lip lift and lower bleph, but it also included jaw reduction, adams apple reduction, VY advancement to lower lip, fat transfer to lips, neck and face lift and temporal lift.

So I wouldn't know exactly how much only the revisions would cost. But approximately
I would say around $24K for revisional rhinoplasty, removal and replace cheek implants, chin, lip lift and lower bleph. Dont quote me on that though, because every individual package is different.
Your best bet would be to call Susan(Dr Lee's administrator) and get a quote from
her for things you want to have revised. She such a sweet person and very TG friendly. Tell her Sheila sent you.

yes I will post before and after pics when most of the swelling goes down, the sides and bottom part of face is still very swollen , but I can see the eyes and nose will be spectacular
