I had to read all the way to the end to find out that it doesn't help me - New York City, where I was born, has it's own separate set of rules.

Made my whole day when it came across the local news this morning.

I was so excited to see this on my FB feed this morning! It'll definitely make things a lot easier when I finally get the money together to change all my legal stuff.
