Porcfest is a week-long, somewhat political but mostly fun, event at a NH campground that I think some folks here would really enjoy. It's coming up in less than two weeks. We get more LGBT folks visiting every year. There are two events in particular that I want to mention here. One is Buzz's Big Gay Dance Party. That's one of the most popular events now and a tradition for several years. It's always a blast and Buzz does something a little different each year to spice it up. The other is the live Flaming Freedom episode. That's my show about LGBT issues from a liberty perspective that I normally do from my in-house studio each week but that will be recorded live at a non-typical time just for Porcfest. Other than that, you're also quite welcome to come to my two events about writing fiction, though that's a bit more off-topic.

This is a fairly inexpensive vacation and so many people who attend have so much fun they vow to never miss another. I'm one of those. I've been to every one since 2007 when I moved to NH. The most expensive part is getting here if you are not in the New England area. A lot of people barely attend the events and just treat it as a week-long leisurely camping and hanging out with friends vacation. That describes me fairly well, actually. However, I will only be there for Thursday through Sunday this year because I now have a cat to take care of.

There are a lot of people here who I'd love to meet in person one day. If not here, then maybe I will see you at some other event in the future.
