Well, I am both psyched and a bit nervous. Because I have my first therapy appointment in a couple of weeks! Any idea of I should expect for a first appointment?

In my experience first sessions are mainly background (health, etc.) and paperwork with a preliminary evaluation. Not too much other than that gets done as it takes about an hour. Just be honest and hold nothing back when questioned or they can't properly care for you and set goals. :)
