So pic to come later but while at work today many of my coworkers from different departments mistake me for a "a little boy". Which is odd because I'm 6'2". However my friends agree that I'm looking a lot younger now.

Oh, that's simply another step towards "madam" . If You are mistaken for a kid that means that You are looking very much neotenous which is a feature shared by children and women .
Wait till You will have to argue with Your "patronising" colleagues because they will see someone much younger = less experience = must be wrong by default.

I think what you're experiencing is pretty normal. I always looked young for my age, but when I started on low dose hormone therapy I gradually started to look even more young. I'm 27 now, but if I was presenting as completely male I would have a hard time convincing anyone I wasn't a teenager. I'm not crazy about being stuck looking like an androgynous teenage boy, but it's still way better than looking like a typical adult male. Just a minor detour on the road to passing I guess.

This is very true. If you are presenting male on HRT, after a little while you may often be perceived as very young before you begin to be perceived as female. Not too long ago, I had someone we were interviewing for a position walk into my office and greet me,  "Wow, you have this whole office all to yourself?" I had never had that reaction before.

Another time I was on a business trip with my boss, ordered a beer, and the waitress asked how old I was, I responded, "What do you think?" She said "You look 12." After that, my boss tried to make me feel better, saying how "I have a very young look, how I will be happy about it when I'm older and how his son looks very young as well."

Thanks everyone. I'm kind of getting used to the change in how others are treating me. I still don't see it myself but I need to adapt or risk staying in boy mode forever.

Well Emily, actually they are considering him. It's not my decision as it is for another department, unfortunately. But who knows I always give people the benefit of the doubt. It was an odd comment though, even if he thought I was a teenager.
