If the opposite of up is down, and the opposite of down is up, then what is the same as up?

Will it be veggie or meat eaters? Either way save a piece for me but hold the oreos, I'm watching my girlish figure. ;D

Unlike you miss skinny-minnie anything I eat can be fattening with a metabolic rate in compound low 24/7.

a friend of mines is going through lorde. lol. i was going to but i got my appointments faster through my letter

My friend, who is already almost one year on testosterone, told me about this place and even accompanied there to register and get this process. I felt so jealous of him because he now has a great voice and was always taller than most females (5'8") and he claims to have grown an inch. I'm stuck at 5'5.7"! In any case, it should be fast since he registered to transition from female-to-male last April and got started on hormones in July. If all goes well, I might be able to get on hormones sometime in October.

That's great for your friend! ;D

I'm sure it would've taken me a full year or longer and a ton of money to get even started on hormones due to the whole tedious process of finding a therapist, who might even have a waitlist, and have to wait many therapy sessions to get the letter. Gender therapists don't just hand you a letter right away, it's a minimum of 3 months, maybe even longer. Then there's the endocrinologist, who might also have a waitlist, that will still cost me a ton of money for bloodwork and the prescriptions. I have family insurance but I need to pay off that $1,000 deductible so it's still going to cost me quite a pretty penny and I'm unemployed.

That Callen-Lorde place has been a complete godsend so far, making it simple enough without all these obstacles in the way.

my therapist didnt have a wait list and i was surprised to find one where i live. they dont just hand you letters but there are some who have received their letters sooner. i got mines within 2 months. it really depends. i pay for my therapy out of pocket though. the thing is the hormones are covered under my insurance in full but i still have yet to call them if they would cover them for me o: god i dont feel like the back in forth. i'm covered under fed insurance though

Anything 80 or above is too uncomfortable for my basic northern European hide!

That's my problem. I'm unemployed right now so I can't afford it all and the insurance might not cover it. :-\

I'm wondering if I should bother straightening my hair and putting in contacts. On the one hand, we're just driving to a nearby city. The con doesn't start until tomorrow. Also, it's a bit rainy out, so my hair probably won't stay straight anyway and it looks fine enough anyway despite bits curling in ways I wish they wouldn't. On the other, I am going to be meeting some people for the first time and I wanted to meet them looking more cool and masculine (I look more like both with straight hair). Oh what the hey. I have time to waste.
I just realized I am really vain.
