I just bought my first pair of breast forms and they're amazing!
Seriously, they feel just like real boobs, and they make me feel so much more like.. me

That's awesome. I know how I felt when I bought my first set, until I read the fine print about not sleeping in them. Regular silicone forms will burst. Bought a different kind and they are nice, but not quite right. Now looking at an ultimate third pair!
