Hey girls!!

I have a feminine voice for the most part, or at least that's what I think, you can tell me it's true by checking the links: https://soundcloud.com/auroramariana/voz-130

However, sometimes when I laugh, which is usually very quiet and breathy and high, I make very deep sounds compared to my voice, especially when I'm beginning to laugh, some sounds look male to me, to be honest!! I don't know why is this, and it's usually just for a moment then I start laughing again in my normal voice, I have no idea what causes this but I'm really confused and fearful :o  ???

thank youuu!

EDIT: Lol, fail title. I obviously meant "laugh".

Your pitch is definitely in the female range but its way too high. Try to bring it down just a tad. For laughing that took me a bit to get down cause I would do the same but you just gotta make a conscience effort to keep your voice box small as you laugh, same with sneezing, etc..

I think I remember you were a petite small person, so the very extremely high pitch was appropriate? I personally think it is very high pitched - if it strains you, you could easily drop it quite a bit to get it without straining. I noticed some nasality in the voice which makes it sound odd. Fo laughs and vcoughs I guess you either have to make conscious efforts each time, There are supposed to be exercises on the FYFV DVDs for that - the only other options to get rid of deep sounds completely are surgically

Thank you girls!! I guess what bothers me is not that I have a deep laugh, which I don't, but sometimes deep sounds come out of it. I'm trying to make a conscious effort, but usually the laugh comes out quieter and sometimes mute! It's quite weird!!

And yes, I'm definitely trying to get down a little and use a lower-pitched and louder voice, my voice is just naturally high, although I sometimes strain a bit but I'm trying to lose this habit!

As for cough, my cough is high so no real problem there :) as for sneezes, IDK why but sometimes I sneeze very loudly and people tell me they weren't expecting it, and others it is really high, so I dunno. When recorded, it is usually different than I thought too.

Thank you again for the input :)

PS: I'm aware my voice can become quite nasal at times, I'm always congestioned, dunno why ;_;, but yes I do have tendency to get congestion.

You could try to just get into the habit of having a head voice laugh. I sometimes do that - kind of when giggling but using the same was to laugh. So I gues sI can do a more feminine laugh consciously unless i forget it. One has to be aware of these things in all circumstances.
