This clearly demonstrates the difference in levels of transness and/or dysphoria, while you'd be happy to just have your dysphoria go away or remain in check, my dysphoria will never go away until I'm fully female, a whole woman. In other words, after SRS and getting something done about my voice.

Best wishes! :icon_bunch:

If you asked me 10 years ago, it would have been a coin flip. A lot of life has happened in between and my responsibilities and fulfilling them are more important to me than transition.  If I had my time again would I have transitioned?  Probably - it's annoying having to deal with this.  I can live with myself where I'm at right now - so why change it?  :)

As I've always said to everyone. Only you truly knows what is best for you given your current location, obligations, level of dysphoria, and most of all, how best and what it will take to make you happy.

Again you have my best wishes. :icon_bunch:

I thought it would be fun to revive this thread. I have been on a moderate dose of HRT for nine months now. It is not just the nipples now that are showing, but my breasts are becoming more obvious. It is a combination of boob growth and a smaller waist which in my mind is hard to hide. Because of the changes, I fill out the sides of any shirt that is slightly fitted.

Interesting in that no one has said a word or even hinted about my appearance (except for weight loss). I now am not as concerned about my appearance as I was when starting the thread. Still it is only nine months, and there is likely more growth. So far, so good. I hope this helps for ladies who are interested in treating dysphoria but are not ready to come out soon.
