Depends on a great many factors. I paid like $10 a month when I was on it, but the amount of pills I took and the dosage of those pills may well make that price high or low depending on your situation. I stopped taking spiro, and when I was on it, the dosage was fairly small.
Now I am on Bicalutamide, Estradiol, Dutasteride, and micronized progesterone. I start the P next week and even with all that without insurance I am still only spending $67 a month on hormones. I did shop around for the best prices I could find and everything is generic, but hormones shouldn't cost too much. Spiro was a fair bit cheaper than Bicalutamide too (though I am not even taking a whole pill of Bicalutamide a day whereas I was taking 3 sprio pills a day so the cost per pill makes it look lots more expensive but for the cost per month it isn't that much more.
