Prolapse quick explanation. It is when the neo vagina internal lining does not heal fast to the sides of the wall.

You can get a partial or a total prolapse.

Anyway it is not good. Have to have it surgery repaired.

Basically the tube falls out of the hole and goes inside out. In the ass version that I've seen, you're ass is literally falling out of your body.

A cis woman can have a prolapse as well.  There vagina with the uterus slip down and the cervix can actually appear at the vaginal opening.  A GYN surgeon can try to sew the top of the uterus to the muscles above or do a hysterectomy.  There is also a device that can the inserted into the vagina to hold the parts up too.

I agree but when I saw it, it was one of those things that's horrible to look at, but also hard to look away. I don't recall how that video came up. Ive had mixed feeling since seeing it. I'll tell you one thing though. There was nothing sexually appealing about it.

Brassard didn't seem to think any significant complication would have any but the most remote odds after 6 months. For me, the bigger issue is with my PC muscle. I'm supposed to be down to once per week now but haven't managed to get less frequent than once every other day; trying to go three days means dilator insertion is excruciating.

Yeah, I'm totally good on what to do here. It's just the me-getting-surgery thing...

My surgeon stressed that prolapse was extremely rare and that in her entire career she'd only seen one, and that was when the patient had been prevented from dilating.
