Members, please give me advice. I am a 60 year old male (previously married, no kids) who met and married a 50 year old woman (divorced, 2 adult children). She was a second time  around catch: intelligent, successful, loving, and beautiful with large natural breasts. I have always loved women and am a real breast man. I have always loved female breasts and have underwear cross dressed wearing bras and forms, panties and PH. I have increasingly fantasized about having "female" appearing breasts of my own. Before we married she told me that she was bi-sexual but I didn't consider that to be a problem. Shortly into our marriage she discovered my cache of bras and forms and not only accepted but encouraged me to not only wear my lingerie but to dress as a woman outwardly as well. Being a trim, somewhat small male (140#, 5'7"), she said I was perfect for passing as a woman.  Although my potency isn't as great as when I was younger, I can still perform and my wife now requires that we make love with me in lingerie and forms. Recently, while discussing both of our sexualities, she suggested that I have an orchiectomy and start hormones to become more feminine and grow real breasts. She said we could then live together as lesbians. I have slept on this and her suggestion is increasingly interesting to me, especially since I could have real, feminine appearing breasts. Now I understand that if I go through with this my male potency and libido will be significantly impaired. What will make my decision or not is whether by having my testicles removed and on female hormones, will I develop a female libido or more specifically a female lesbian libido, and be able to enjoy some sort of climatic orgasm during lovemaking.

It seems like you are simply a crossdresser who is letting their wife push them into something because of her personal fantasies.  Try to separate what she wants for you and herself from what you want. 

You can always take T along with estrogen after orchie if you wish to supplement your male sex drive, however I have to agree with aross- seems like you are being pushed into this and need to seriously consider the consequences of the things she is suggesting.

Perhaps seeing a sexologist would be of great help?

Friend, i am also in my 60's.  What do we need our testicles for now any way?  will we be making babies at our age?  No, don't think so.  I had to have my prostate removed to get rid of prostate cancer.  No hormonal side effects.  Removal of the testicles should, in my non medical opinion, have the same effect.  however with or with out the prostate and or testicles, I am told that if a man takes female hormones that the testicles will become non functional and the prostate will still produce the sexual juices that we all know and love as cum, but without sperm because become the sperm that was produced in the now non working testicles will not be there.  The taking of the female hormones will make your male breasts grow and give you female looking breasts, so I am told.  That should make both you and your wife very happy, I hope!    However, after taking the female hormones for a while, your penis will begin to become soft and shrink, yes i mean E.D.. As I am told, after a while of the female hormones your penis will not become erect anymore and will shrink in size.     So, the choice is up to you.  Personally----I would say yes because I already have E. D. so what the heck.

My first reaction is that this would be a dream come true.  However you are contemplating permanent and life altering changes to your body so you better be darn sure.    Will you have any regrets if she were to leave you (pray that never happens) and you were on your own?

At first read it seems like you are looking to make this leap for your wife rather than you (as others have said). In my mind the question is really what do you want?  Do you see yourself living as a woman and being happy?  That changes your social dynamics with existing friends (old and new).  Are you ready to "come out" to them as now female and if so how do you tell them?  Just show up and say "surprise, its the new me!" or let them know somehow in advance?

I know to my core I'm a cross dresser.  I love to do guy stuff and hang out with the guys. But I equally love the girly time I get too.  For me its about balancing the 2 sides of my personality.  I'd hate to see you go down that path and decide that you miss your guy time and guy things.  So my caution to you is to really explore what this means to you first and foremost.  If you see the changes as positive then by all means pursue.

I'd suggest a trial period... vacation away being totally female with your wife.  Be out and about as women enjoying each other an the town. See how that feels.
