There are many but the one song (or two songs really) that gets to me are The Killing of Georgie - Parts 1 and 2

The best version of Somewhere Over the Rainbow

My best friend growing up worked on this vid and knew IZ well.  I wish I could have met him myself.

Thank you all for so many really interesting discoveries, particularly Antonia for the Icelandic anthem and Sigur Ros and Evelyn K for "Do not stand at my grave". That one had the tears going in about 10 secs...

My own contribution, Beim Schlafengehen (Richard Strauss) sung by Jesse Norman nevers fails to get the tears flowing:

You've got a friend (Carole King) not only takes me back quite a few years, it also works pretty good too!

This thread is one of my favourites, I figured I'd add one more of my favourites, Clair de Lune:

I still remember the first time I heard this song, I was sitting in a window seat as we were flying past the Himalayas, a truly breathtaking scenery to go with the music.

Lots of great music here, ladies.  Hopefully this one hasn't already been posted.
Gravity - John Mayer (and it doesn't hurt that he's very easy on the eyes)

Elton John - "Funeral For a Friend/Love Lies Bleeding"

Last time I heard that song, I lost it bigtime.  I'm getting weepy right now just thinking about it.  Probably the best thing he ever wrote.

The Killers have a song called Goodnight, Travel Well.  Dave Keuning wrote it after his mother passed away, and it came out around the same time my mom passed.  So it still gets me every time.

Omnia - Wheel of Time.  I can't even read the lyrics with out welling up with tears.. just really hits me deep like an express ticket to the bottom of the Marianas Trench.

Just about anything Lisa Gerrard does will make me crack tears.. just so beautiful of a voice..

Break ups were always hard as hell on me since relationships were seriously about the only time I felt like a normal human being since the rest of the time I was in a near constant state of depression or close to no emotions at all. One of my friends strongly thinks that this was from living with undiagnosed GID for so long.

My mom played this for me earlier and said that it makes her think of me. Now I'm sobbing uncontrollably.

The Rose that Grew from Concrete
Did you hear about the rose that grew from a crack in the concrete?
Proving nature's law is wrong it learned to walk with out having feet.
Funny it seems, but by keeping it's dreams,
it learned to breathe fresh air.

Update- To be totally honest, I lost it over losing Nero.  If you all didn't know, I was a close friend of his and confidante.  I literally had to go to a different therapist when he died.  At least it was this song that really set off the grieving process for me.  I spent too long partially blaming myself for his passing and I think I needed that.

I guess I'm making progress because I saw Elton John on Saturday and didn't lose it that badly when he opened with this song.

I still think it was the best thing he ever wrote.

And I still love you, Nero.

I apologize ladies, if I posted this earlier in this thread.  This one just takes me to another level of emotion that's hard to explain.
(And no it has nothing to do with Star Trek.  This is Sinead O Connor)
