Are you still working out with weights or does your job require a lot of lifting??
To move forward is to leave behind that which has become dear. It is a call into the wild, into becoming someone currently unknown to us. For most, it is a call too frightening and too challenging to heed. For some, it is a call to be more than we were capable of being, both now and in the future.

I have those marks around my outer thighs, near butt area. It's normal when skin stretches due to increased fat deposition in an area. Perhaps, if change is quick, this is more likely to happen versus if change is very slow and gradual.

Fat? On my knees?
I thought it goes to my hips and legs?  :-\

My shoulders actually show the same marks as the picture. I have them on my thighs and a little bit on the side of my knees too. I have had them since my unwanted puberty though. The ones on my knees aren't very visible and the ones on my thighs get covered. But the ones on my shoulder are visible when I wear something strapless. I haven't spent much time thinking about it actually, but if someone has tips on what to do with it they would be very welcome.

I have them all over from my excessive weight gain as a child, and there's not much you can do about them. I've tried tons of stretch mark cream, but those effects are marginal if any. Laser is the most effective option, but even then you'll still have them. Bummer, but most everyone has them (you just don't notice).
