Hey, why aren't there more MTFs on tumblr? Like almost all the trans stuff on tumblr is FTM.

Tumblr's a blog site. I think it's kinda the modern equivalent of Live Journal. Though admittedly ... most people don't write as much as I do.

Anyways, it's all to do with the marketing strategy or... lack thereof. Tumblr relies heavily on network externality, meaning it doesn't spend a lot on trying to push it into a demographic. It just sort of let it fall where it wanted. So, I suppose it fell into the FtM crowd more than it did the MtF crowd.
