Being vain as I am, I have run out of hair products at home and I was reading up on some hair styling pages for tips because I frankly feel that the products I've tried in the past just haven't been that great. Has someone used Gatsby from Japan? It was recommended on this site: http://www.menshairstyletrends.com/

Since I'm Asian and therefore have Asian hair which is a pain in the ass to style because it's so thick, I figured maybe it would be better to find a product more specifically made for styles common in East Asia as those are the styles I take inspiration from anyway.

I use Gatsby all the time (just put some in my hair, actually) since its the most popular brand here. It's a pretty good line of stuff and it all smells really nice. I'm white but it works for my husband and he has really thick Portuguese hair and I've seen a lot of Japanese guys here do some awesome styles.

Cool. They already shipped it so it will be interesting what it will be like. I didn't order the strongest one but close to. A lot of people want thick hair but I find it mostly obnoxious because I find it difficult to style.

Gatsby is the bomb. good choice
I'm sure you ordered one thats good for your favorite type of hairstyle. I bought the type in the pink jar i think its called "Spiky Edge" You can use very little at a time and get some nice results.

and i agree with Ayden, it smells awesome.

hope you enjoy it!

Gatsby is amazing, I tried it and never looked back. Went on holiday a few months back and managed to find some for like £2 a tub, so I decided to stock up before coming home lol still haven't even used half of my first tub as little goes a long way with Gatsby, and I still have 8 pots left. Pink and grey ones are what I go with for my hair type, I have Asian hair as well but I keep it fairly short and ask for it to be thinned out a bit when I get it cut, it makes it easier to style :)
