My female family members have always kind of joked about 'dribbling ' pee laughing and sneezing.  I not on HRT yet but I am becoming quite effeminate in my demeanor since accepting myself and I have been finding myself in the same situation.  Maybe I was doing it before but notice it more now with panties instead of briefs but I don't think so. Weird. All in my head? It's surely in panties.

Seems to happen more as we age.
