Butt surgery is all over but he's the only one I see and know who does the hip implants surgery. Is there anyone here who did this surgery with him? Is it satisfactory? Does your hips look natural? Anyone?

I have been looking/researching on this for quite some time. I haven't seen much of what Cardenas has done, he did send me some pictures, and it kind of looks like the implant makes your buttocks look a bit wider. Try and stand on one leg, The contraction of the muscle will cause a sort of indentation to show, and that's what hip implants will correct, they will fill this indentation out.

The results dr Cardenas showed me were also quite subtle.

I did some more research and found dr Chugay's website, he is pricier than dr Cardenas, but I believe they use the same implant type/insertion method.

I think different patients went for different implant sizes, but some of the results look incredibly impressive!

They all look not natural to me D:

With all due respect, I presume it's not everyone's objective to look natural, some people just want to look a certain way, however, some patients that went for lower volume implants do look natural in my opinion. The bigger the implant, the more visible the borders of it are.

I'm happy there's alternative to fat grafting, as not everyone can easily put on a lot of weight, and sillicone (or any other for that matter) butt/hip injections are not FDA approved.

I think Dr. Leis at the Philadelphia transgender center does butt and hip implants?

I don't know much about Dr. Carnitas, but the hip implant thing has always been a bit of a curiosity for me

This is something I have been thinking about for some time. I had a consult with Dr Cerpa regarding but implants and fat grafting to the hips. I will likely go there sometime this year. That said, I don't have a lot of fat so implants appeal to me. But I have been unable to find any information on it - longevity, need for revision, aesthetic outcome. If you find out any information, please PM me. I will do the same.

I'm soon going in a few months to Cardenas to do that and I don't know a single one who did that with him. OMG I might be the pioneer and cobaye like Roni for Type III forehead with him lol, I hope he doesn't deform my body. I have many Brazilian friends here who are coaxing me for silicon injections and I saw see excellent results but making research I found out it can be very dangerous in the long run. I prefer go on the safer side. I hope anyone can answer me soon, am trembling.

Good luck.  I hope it turns out great. If it does, make sure to let me know :) Silicon injections are just far to dangerous for my level of comfort too. implants are significantly safer and can at least be removed easily if you are unsatisfied with the results.

I think we're both on the same wavelenght right now, I was just wondering about those hip implants and lipofilling techniques.

In fact, reading your older posts, something came to my head. Mind if I pm you, Evolving Beauty?

Si Señorita gallega, por supuesto :P

I'm so desperate of hips and it's the only factor that clocks my body. If my hips fail with Cardenas, my final resort will be silicon injection.

I would be very cautious about this. You will be dealing significant risks (major nerve bundles/major bone structures/major arteries)  Not to mention the impact that you may have on your legs.  You might have to learn how to walk again or worse.

Please reconsider silicone injections as an option; it really is too risky. I have seen some good results, but there are many more tragic results.

I heard if ->-bleeped-<- happens, you need to pay like $10,000 to extract all silicons out from you again. After watching some videos on Youtube, it's a no no. OMG so scary so hear what happened to some girls. It might look very beautiful in the beginning but risk of ending very ugly in the end in long run.

Are you in Brazil?

About three months ago a famous model made the news here when she almost died after one of those injections. It wasn't silicone, but it's as risky as what she got, and you never know what those butchers are really giving you.

Personally, to get wider in that area, what I'm doing is working out. Brazil is so butt and thigh obsessed that it has lots of knowledge about building muscle mass there.

I had jaw feminisation surgery with Cardenas a few years ago. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM. He did a very poor job, and now I need correction surgery but I would not risk myself to get surgery with him again, and he also wanted full price for corrective surgery, which he was also very reluctant to do! So I know you are asking about hip surgery, but if me and several others on here and other websites have complained about his poor performance related to FFS, you may think twice about considering his services. So you are welcome to PM me about my experience with him if you wish. BTW, a few months later I had orchi and t-shave with another surgeon in the same city and I am 100% satisfied with his work, but I really don't know if he does the hip implant thing, since this happened a few years ago and I have not contacted him since.

OMG it's getting so confusing now about Cardenas with mixed of good and bad reviews about his FFS cos am going for full FFS too. I think going to Cardenas would be like going on a Roulette table now, the success will be only a matter of chance. Thanks for the warning!
