I look like Amanda Bynes, in She's the Man.
Whaaat.

(I just wanted to show off my fancy new tie  ;D)

lol you know I kind of see the similarities actually.

That's a really awesome tie. ;D

A) you are adorable.
B) your tie is indeed great, but you broke a cardinal fashion sin: never mix prints (this is the only fashion advice my mom ever gave me that actually stuck)
C) you know, if you have to look like a female celebrity, Amanda Bynes in she's the man isn't the worst you could do. ;3
The more I know, the more I know I don't know.

:D  Thank you
Man, I actually really love Amanda Bynes (especially in Hairspray), but I just don't want to look like her  xD;;; But eyyyy, could be worse.
I am almost just as dorky as her character in She's the Man though.

Man, all my shirts are print except this one satin black one, and its because all my bowties are solid color, and its just so rare to find good, solid-color dress shirts at the thrift store  >.<;;
I only just recently started really getting into regular neckties, and all I have are print shirts (mostly stripes) and all my ties are like, glorious and printed and such.
I HAVE A THREE STOOGES TIE.
And a winnie the pooh tie.
And I really, really, want to show off my tie collection now  xD;;;

I have a bunch of vintage old-timey neck ties. But so few shirts to wear them with.
It's a real problem!

I used to wear a lot of ties for school music performances. I recently bought a bow tie and really enjoyed it. lol Looks like I'll be expanding my wardrobe. :)

Snazzy tie. I like it.

On another note, I see a resemblance. :P

I love ties, I don't know what it is, but like, I had a bowtie collection even before I discovered I was trans, and then afterward, I really REALLY like neckties. When I go to thrifts stores, the first place I dart for is the tie rack  xD   I think I've always been interested in them, but barely gave them a passing glance because I had myself convinced, Whats the point? Because girls don't wear ties. Just another confusing thing for my poor pre-Trans self  :P

Also, casually pointing out that I am almost 30.
I look so stupidly young  -_-;

Ties are great, bowties too. I'm not much of a fashion guy - possibly just due to lack of money - but mixing prints is a thing. It's one of those "rules" that isn't, with confidence and knowledge. Have a look at this:

There's more on Google but this one seemed quick and to the point.

Somebody asked recently what grade I'm in, and I'm about your age. You have company in looking stupidly young.

Hooray, a fellow tie lover :) I remember ever since I was a little kid I was always drawn to ties, whether they were bowties or neckties. When I was in second grade, I had to do a report on a president and dress up as him, and personally the most exciting thing was that I could wear a tie and go in a suit to school that day!
