So, I began my journey on June 18th, I'm on a pretty low dose at the moment but so far I have gotten sensitive, slightly puffy nipples, and I believe slightly softer skin.
When did you guys see your first results? When did the psychological effects kick in?

That's great news. Six weeks is actually about right, but honestly it varies from person to person. Hopefully you'll see more in the coming months and years!

sore nipples first couple of weeks. soft skin maybe a couple of months and mental relief at first immediately from just finally being on estrogen after a lifetime  then a week or two for my mind to feel the difference with estrogen instead of T

Hi Kitty, I remember your very warm welcome to me a few weeks ago.

I have been on very full dose E and P in pure form sublingually for 7 weeks.

Great you have started puffy nipples.  A great sign of things to come.  This started much sooner for me...but it was more like erect nipples rather than puffy nipples...and for me this started just 3 DAYS into HRT and has been constant, 24/7 since then.

My other progress I have documented in great detail in some other threads already.

Other than breasts and nipples, for me the greatest thing is the mental change, and nearly constant euphoric happiness I feel.

Great journey to you!

Big hugs,
Johanna.
I am female.

My nipples went all sore about two weeks in. Started growing extremely fast about a week after that, which was freaky but also highly positive. I think my skin softened around the same time. My hips started to form about a month in, but I'm not exactly sure since I kind of just took myself by surprised when I saw myself in the mirror and realised that something had happened.

Mental improvement was pretty instant, then about a month in I went all wonky when second puberty hit with full force. It's pretty rough, but I've been pretty positive about it since I know it's taking things to the right direction. The mood swings have been the easier part, the identity crisis and general angst have been the harder part. I'm now over three months in and things are starting to become more stable gradually, although it changes a lot.

I started Androcur about 6 weeks ago and Estradiol about 2 weeks ago so I think we are on a very similar timeline, I'd love to compare notes as time passes.

The first change I noticed was body odours, just a week in on blockers they were totally different.
Second thing I noticed was softer skin and a bit more oily, not in a bad way but different to the touch.
Now 2 weeks from starting the estrogen I have permanently erect nipples, increased sensitivity and slight soreness.

I'm definitely more emotional and less hyperactive, I'm hoping it gets even better as time passes.

For reference my doctor is following the Sherbourne Clinic Guidelines for my treatment.

Congratulations on the start of your journey.

For me changes down below were very fast, like in a matter of days things were calm when I woke up first thing.

The breasts began to get tender a few weeks later and a couple months after starting I had the knot behind them.

The softer skin was noticed a couple weeks in. Exfoliating the skin seemed to speed up the process for me and my legs were crazy smooth and soft after a shave and gentle scrub.

Psychologically it was a couple months in till I started getting more emotive, but after a week I was already feeling a lot more calmer than before I was on HRT.
Nobody's perfect ...   I'll never try,
But I promise I'm worth it, if you just open up your eyes,
I don't need a second chance, I need a friend,
Someone who's gonna stand by me right there till the end,
If you want the best of my heart, you've just gotta see the good in me.

I started just abou the same time as you and I'm noticing much softer skin, especially on my face.  I haven't felt any pain or tenderness in my breasts yet, but I don't know...I can just feel something going on.  Also I've noticed my body hair, after shaving it all off completely is taking much longer to grow back in and it SEEMS there are fewer hairs, that I compare to before of course.  Something is happening to the shape of my face as well, but its so subtle and hard to place.  Just looks different.
Is it progression if a cannibal uses a fork?
