I actually didn't pay much attention to my nipples, so all I can say is that they started off as tiny guy nipples and seem like a reasonable woman's size now. (I do have to admit they're a lot more *sensitive* now, which is nice.) I never had much breast pain either, but growth proceeded fine so I figured I was just lucky.

If your bra causes pain, it might already be time to go for the bigger size...

yea, I'm glad you suggested getting the next size, I just realized from looking at one of my pictures that I had out grown the bra

I forgot to point out, my left booby is bigger than my right booby, and my left nipple is way more sensitive.

My nipples are still at a not so big size (since my breast volume didnt stretch them up so heavily because honestly , small bewbs ) but they ofc increased in size. Another thing that has been changing a lot was the sensitivity of them which can be a lot of joy in my sexual life. Anyway besides that my breast was hurting some time ago when they still grew but this feeling is completely off now. The only fact I dislike on my nipples is that I have a green arterie next to it and since I am pretty skinny it shines through like a jade coloured river but the guys I dated didnt realize it I guess or didnt care :p My breast is symmetrical but I will still undergo a breast enlargement surgery since I wont take on weight I dont want a stomach nor loosing my thigh gap so I wont receive more breast volume via fat.

I just got back from shopping and I'm sitting in Starbucks , so its going to be awhile before I see how it fits . Its the same kind The other one is but, a 38DD.

My nipples were small prior to HRT, and now they're out of control 
         
                               

One thing I've noticed now more than prior to HRT is...how often my nipples bump or touch everything! omg I never knew! Plus the shock of ouch when they find something to smack into. lol

I still do that occasionally almost 2 and a half years in, smh. I'm so clumsy

I'm getting much better at being aware of my booby's since they've gotten into a 32B. But when they were just budding and even up to an A cup I was bumping them into everything -yeeeeeooouch!- I said that a lot. When you get past the "awkward A's," as I call the AA cup stage  and you have to start wearing a bra you become much more aware of them and bump them less often. At least for me that's how it worked anyway.

I have to say I love this thread.
I can't get enough talking about breasts and nipples.
My nipples were actually quite small to begin with.
They have started to fill in a grow, but I want them to get to be huge like some of the women who have a good pinky thickness size. I guess that probably won't happen for me since mine were very small.
Also my areola's have started to increase in size which is also very cool and darken.

My main interest is how perky and firm my breasts are at my age of 48. I figured once my breast growth started I would only get saginess. i love the perma hard nipples OMG especially seeing my hard nipples come through my shirts.

For me, I am addicted to my breasts, I can't get enough of them. I touch and feel and play with them all day long. I love how NOW when I sleep on my stomach I can actually feel them protruding from my body. I fantasized how women with very large breasts would sleep on there tummies and feel them as they sleep. Oh my...

I think I might be a 38B, but every time I use a different bra size calculator I get a different size every time. ARGH!!!
