Thinking: Why's it take so long to cross Pa? ....the other side l-O.O-ks so close on a map?...lol So here I sit, riding in the car, playing on this stupid phone... instead of sitting on the beach. *sigh. Are we there yet??  >:(

Hope you brought your sunblock hon, we only have one skin and we don't want it to get too leathery. Love the new avatar photo!

Why do people think the beach is go great?  Its sand and salty water. Sand gets into everything and salt makes you all icky and mucks with your hair. I wouldn't mind going to the mountains though, see something that isn't so damned flat...

I'm hoping that the rain holds off until I get to the bank and back home. I need laundry money.

I'm thinking that this weekend is "no gaff, no push up bra weekend".

I'm dead.

Correction: salty water and pee. And moskitoes, and pervers, and sunburns, and thieves, and people that doesn't know hot to dress appropiately, and overpriced everything... And more sand mixed with cigarette butts..

Last time I went to the mountains, or a place close to them, all of my photos required editing out the trash and diapers. Humans should not be allowed outside cities without passing an exam.

Well I suppose it's because you live close to the beach!

How's the new job coming along, did they give you a suitable raise?

Righto there! They also shouldn't be allowed to drive on a freeway without a special freeway driving endorsement on their driver's license!

I haven't been on the sand in a couple years even though I'm right on the coast.

And I get a little raise, a bit of a bonus based on store performance and a lot more headaches. We'll have to see how it goes.

Oh and I have two supervisors on my fb now too. A good thing they are about as crazy as I am.

Sounds positive so far!

I was a real idiot this morning and am lucky I didn't get hurt.  I was at somebody's farm to do sheep stuff, they weren't home, and I wasn't familiar with their animals.  And I wandered around in a field I knew had a ram in it.  Looking for him.  I didn't know his disposition or even how big he is.  He was back in a corner where I didn't find him, and he missed me too, which is very lucky or I could be laid up with a broken leg right now.  Turns out he is so aggressive as to be completely unworkable and highly dangerous.  Gee, if only I had spent much of my life around evil rams and knew better.  Oh, I have?  Huh.

Scary stuff! I recall not long ago where a male hiker was killed by a big ram up on the Olympic Mountains not far from me.

Are you crazy?

That's not good enough.

All humans should be locked inside massive mega-cities and never allowed out of them!

I live on a pretty clean section of coast. Its not overly built up like a lot of places. And the beaches I usually would go to are on an island where the only way there is by small ferry or boat, pretty limited access and part of a national park.

May I suggest something edible

Technically Advil is edible lol.

I'm thinking about saving for surgery. I feel like I have been overbooking myself in terms of work, and forgetting that my time is, in fact, valuable too. I think part of the problem is at one job, I don't have steady hours and a part of me fears that if I don't take the hours now, a time will come later when they hire regular staff to fill them and I will be coming up short.

It also makes me think kind of philosophically...ish. Prior to this, it was "gotta save for the car as fast as I can!" Now that I achieved that, it's "gotta save for the surgery as soon as I can!" After that it will be "gotta save to move as soon as I can!" After that, it will be "gotta save for a house and bottom surgery as soon as I can!" I guess I'm ending up feeling like I can never get ahead, because there is always something. But if there is always something...maybe rather than being a reason to go full speed ahead and work too much, perhaps it is actually a reason to just slow down and take it at a steadier pace.

How do cheesy bands that remind me of 1970's Chester the molester mustache and finger pistil guys still make it onto the television?
The main things to remember in life are Love, Kindness, Understanding and Respect - Always make forward progress

Superficial fanny kissing friends are a dime a dozen, a TRUE FRIEND however is PRICELESS

I didn't know there were still bands on television.

My cat is getting vaccinated tomorrow, so I'm thinking strategy.
