i know it's going to be awhile before i can have top surgery (ugh) but i've been doing some research anyway and i've been hearing mixed things.

i'm currently a 36B, but i'm a small B, and i think i've got more fat up there than breast tissue anyway. i'm leaning towards peri areolar, but i'm worried that i'm a bit too big for it. anyone know? (i know skin elasticity as something to do with it...and my skin is pretty strechy. haha). i know only a surgeon could tell me for sure....but yeah

thanks :)

At small B, you are likely to be a candidate for peri procedure. Some surgeons are not willing to do peri on chest above A  but many are, so definitely ask around even if one surgeon turns you down.

You could probably find a surgeon who would do it and you will find many who won't.  I would only consider it if you saw before and after pictures of people who started at your same size and had the same procedure.
