Did anyone had bad scarring after FFS?

After my SRS the scars healed up quite nicely but after the second surgery another scar became inflamed and resulted into a 2.5 centimeter long unsightly hypertrophic scar (directly above my neo-clitoris on the mons pubis). After a year the scar is still present, and conservative treatments (Dermatix gel, silicon sheeting) doesn't seem to help much. So I think I'm a bit prone to develop hypertrophic or even keloid scar tissue.

Did anyone of you had experience with this after FFS?
(E.g. rhinoplasty scar, coronal incision scar, intraoral scar?)

When I was a small child I had an operation on my left leg which either developed into a hypertrophic or keloid scar. I'm extremely fair skinned - I'm just wondering. What are the risks of it happening again if I get my hairline lowered during forehead recountouring? (I'm 31 btw).

Iv noticed some of dr Z's patients complain but I think it depends on the surgeon... However I know it's not ideal for everyone but fake tan can really hide any scars and imperfections if your unfortunate enough to have any.

I know. I'm just fretting as I hadn't considered the complications of the scar on my leg in any possible future operation elsewhere on my body. The annoying things with keloid scars is that they can sometimes appear months after surgery.
