Hello there, my name is Kira. I am a 23 year old transgender female and have been in transition on hormones since March 2013 and the results have been quite amazing. I so far have managed to survive with the support of my husband, boyfriend (for those confused, I am polyamorous as well), and of course my family. I thought I would come here for some support as well and maybe find some new friends along the way.
