Hi, I'm just finding myself at this point in my life, but I'm pretty keen on transitioning (MtF). I think the term that best fits me would be transfeminine, because I want a female appearance, but I still would like to dress in an androgynous way a lot of the time. I told my parents that I was thinking of transitioning. They were both supportive and I already have an appointment with a therapist. Ideally, I wish I could just snap my fingers and become a woman. I know that's not possible, but I've had this idea recently that is about as close as I assume one could get to an instant transition. I'm about to start my second year of college (graduated high school early) and not long after that, I'll have my first therapy session which I've heard lasts about a year, so my plan is to take estrogen and testosterone blockers throughout my 3rd and 4th year of college (I could also get hair removal during this time) while still wearing male clothing and generally passing as male. Then, after getting my bachelors, I would spend a month or two in South Korea getting VFS and FFS, and come back a new woman. It's probably more than far-fetched, but it's just a dream I have. :icon_hover-alien:

Anyway, I don't know how I'm going to stay active here... I guess I'll stay in the General Discussion section and get to know you all a little better.
