Been on hrt since March of '04, fulltime since May of '06 and still would like to get surgery if I can ever save any money or decide to sell the house.  Don't really plan on any ffs or ba though. Too scared of the what ifs...

OK, I'll bite...
Started therapy 12/22/12
Started HRT 1/21/13.  Full dose 7/13.
Full time 3/21/13.
Came out to world 4/13.
Finished therapy 3/1/14.
Finishing laser on Friday.
Had 75 hours electro.  Who knows when it ends, but I have little or no visible trace of a beard now.  What I have left can be cleared in about 2 hours.
Orchi 7/15/14.
Legal name change 7/24/14.

-Future-
9/15 Cosmetic surgery.  Well, if I'm getting some scars revised, I might as well end up drop-dead gorgeous when I wake up.
2/16 SRS.  I'm 99% sure on this one now.
???? BA, etc.

Like Heather, I considered myself done with transition long before GRS. :) For me personally, I was finished once I was out socially and at work, with the documents and name changed.  GRS was something I did for myself alone, later on, to make myself happier with my body.

Do you have one of them countdown clocks on your computer desk top.

Mine i had set down to show to the second lol.

I should get one of those, 9 weeks is way too long for my liking.

I checked questioning. I'm debating hormones, and surgery scares the heck outta me. But I have come out to some family and friends. I have a therapist but have yet to say anything to her, I need to clear my head first about how far I want/need to go before taking the bigger steps.

Honestly, I don't know where I am.  I'm on hormones and in the process of transitioning.  I've come out to a few important people in my life and it's been going on for some time, but I have a hard time with making things permanent.  I'm terrified of other people and have severe social phobia, so I guess I'm doing what I can to reduce that while working as hard as I can under those conditions.  I've stopped making goals and decided to take things day by day.  I expect to be full time at some point this year, but I'm not keen on looking like the man in a dress that I'll likely turn out to be, especially with my social fears.  So, I'm sowhere within my transition, just don't know how to label it.

Light came on - 12/2013  (1st realized I might be trans)
First therapy session 1/2014
Came out to family 3/14-6/14

I am planning to ask therapist about HRT (low-dose) on Thursday.
All indications are that this will become full-dose HRT soon.

I put that I'm on hrt living full time and that I've finished my transition at top surgery, but I do probably maybe want bottom surgery eventually. One day. I'm not sure how to pay for that or if I can handle any violence to that area so it'll probably be a decade before I start making any plans around it.

My name change was my biggest milestone.

Well, I am trying to get into therapy, but since it costs $200 I'm saving money up for it!

I checked "Other":  I'm post-SRS (vaginoplasty & BA) and I've lived more of my life as a female than as an assigned-male-at-birth person.

I'm non-op due to health reasons. Heart attack and DVT so I'm on a lot of blood thinners and on doctors care.

I am not in a position where I can transition and realistically probably never will be able to.

Yup ^ Pretty much the same for me too.

To make myself feel better, I will say that I am post-therapy and have my top surgery letter of recommendation though.

What do you mean by full-time and part-time? I'm a little new to the transition experience.
