Got a message today from an exboyfriend from 17 years ago who has begun transitioning. Do I have some magic power to make the men I am with want to become female? Does lightening really strike twice?

Quite a few of my pre-transition GF's are now lesbian, so anythings possible - in many cases I was the only 'guy' they ever dated.

Often you fall for the same kind people.
So it's possible but not likely that exes share traits.

Wow. And what are the odds that you'd hear about it right now?!

(I do know I used to joke that I'd found the only boy I could fall in love with b/c I preferred girls... oops.)

Lol. It's the thing that we found attractive maybe? The types we choose are perhaps more likely?
