No it doesn't affect your female appearance right away, but your voice will drop into a lower register pretty quickly and you will get some facial and body hair a little bit here and there, and lots of zits. Probably no-one other than yourself will notice much initially anyway.

That's a real shame! He was very talented although he was unable to quit joking when most comedians would shut up and have a normal conversation, this led me to believe that he had serious emotional problems and possibly really didn't know who he really was as a person.

I'm bummed out. I'm in the hotel for 1 night and Caleb wont be talking with me tonight. I take my retest tomorrow afternoon. I'm pretty nervous. On top of that, my Father-in-law is in hospital. It could be cancer. And, one of my Sister-in-law' is in hospital too. Only she is going to make me an Auntie again.

Yeah I know and I'm scared I'll lose my job if I get one presenting as female and transition a few months afterwards.

I don't really feel like I can trust much of anybody, oh well, some folks are good for their word, others not so much
