I couldn't seem to find any info anywhere about this, I hope I didn't over look it when I searched.
Ok. I live in a climate where we get hot summers. I keep my T vial in it's box and away from direct sunlight away from moisture, I don't leave it sitting in a hot vehicle etc...It gets pretty hot in my house usually up to around 28 C during the mid day, I read that T should be stored between 15C and 30C. I've never seen the temp raise to 30C inside my house, but I am wondering what happens to it at higher temperature? Will it become ineffective? stop working? I've been on it for a month should I be worried?

I live in Australia and it typically gets over 38 C in my house in summer - never had an issue with the T "not working" or going off.  Obviously, if you can keep it cool and in a dark place then do so - but I wouldn't fret about keeping it within the exact recommended temps.

ok cool thanks! It's not constantly in the heat either, I mean at night the temp drops and it's not scorching every single day....I am thinking that maybe if it were stored consistently at high temps then there maybe a problem. I'm keeping it locked up in my locker at work tho now...its got AC there. I'll be talking to my doc later this week so I'll bring up the issue then, just to make sure.

I don't think you'd have an issue if you do have AC and it's not always hot in your house. Temperatures fluctuate so of course it's not going to always be optimal. If you can, why not store it in the lowest part of your house (if it's not inconvenient). Heat travels up, so the lowest part will be the coolest when the temperature is rising.

Alright thanks guys. Just what would be the effect on the T from heat exposure? Does it break down, dissolve ? I can't seem to find any info on this...

Don't worry about it. Steroids are very stable compounds, and the amount of heat needed to denature them is way beyond summer room temperature.
People who use highly concentrated steroids sometimes even need to deliberately heat up their vials for easier injections.

I'm not there yet, but does anyone have advice for storing T when it's cold? I live in the lower half of my house and it gets bitterly cold in the winter. Any advice on keeping everything safe?

Most pharmacies give you 100mg/ml ~ 200mg/ml concentration, and at this relatively low concentration, it usually won't crystallize out, even under the cold temp. If crystallization does happen, warm the vial in your hands or dip in warm water and everything will dissolve back again. so you are good.
