I do not think, for even a second, my boobs make me a woman.. I don't know if I can even say, they add to that which does.  But whats in my head, about them, helps immensely.

Don't worry it is worth the wait! After all I have been on HRT for 6 months now, and I joined this site about 4 years ago, so it took time for me, but now I am really glad I had the patience.

I really do love my boobs, but last night two people hugged me tight (at different times lol it wasn't a group hug) and afterwards I about died from the pain of getting my breasts squished. I will be happier when they start not to hurt so easily lol.
15 years on Susans, where has all the time gone?

Working hard on my "Boob Club" membership.  Small and unnoticeable right now, but they hurt if anything presses into my chest, so it's not gonna be too long.

Then, I suppose, I've got to tell everyone exactly why I have (hopefully) some really cute boobs - that's going to be awkward...

It shouldn't be if you don't tell them anything, they'll get used to it. I'm non-binary, present androgynously male and used to think it was awkward when people noticed cleavage and the top of my bra showing, but had to just let the feeling go by the wayside and they all got over it anyway and finally I did too. We have too many worms in our head, 99% of them are imaginary and need to be ignored.

I have a 42" chest, not counting breasts. Currently I'm a "B". I've had breasts since puberty, even when I was under weight. Not on HRT yet. With all of that I can go topless and no one comments. It may be a while before people notice. I wouldn't be concerned just yet.
April 22, 2015, the day of my first face to face pass in gender neutral clothes and no makeup. It may be months to the next one, but I'm good with that!

Being transgender is just a phase. It hardly ever starts before conception and always ends promptly at death.

They say the light at the end of the tunnel is an oncoming train. I say, climb aboard!

I barely even have moobs, but I grope them anyway without even realizing I'm doing it. Once I change from barely having moobs to real boobs, I suspect that will happen a lot more.

I'm certainly familiar with the pressing-pain thing - My electrologist uses my right boob as an armrest while working on my face for three hours straight.  Definitely noticeable!  Thankfully this 'pillow' as grown enough 'stuffing' at this point.  When it was just bud-on-bone it was like getting jabbed with a needle!

My 1st HRT anniversary is coming up soon.  Perhaps I should celebrate my growth with a boob-cake:
