I think that was a good decision, I find that people tend to sometimes get overwhelmed if you mention the transition early in because they don't know you and then they struggle to find ways to relate to you in light on this new information. It sucks but sometimes when someone's first impression of you is "the transgender person" they forget that you're an actual person with other aspects to who you are. I think that if, in the time where you stay in the closet, you develop a good reputation at the job, your coming out will be a non-issue.

Right. I don't transition until October anyways so I got time to build that.

TMI probably but I really need to be concentrating on my thesis and all I can think about is sex. I'm becoming unglued.

I'm so glad tonight was the last night I worked the night shift for this week.  It seems like every time I work night, something bad happens or I screw up something, and tonight was no different.

I've just realized. This job and my last two I have given notice that I'm leaving, and I have still left earlier by my choice. This will be my third venue in four years. I'm not a job hopper just a umm gypsy

In some weird way, when I go to one of my jobs I feel like I've gone home. Obviously I can't relax in the same way, but I feel like I'm amongst a family of sorts. I come in and see familiar faces in the people I care for, and once I get to know my coworkers you get kind of this nice little camaraderie fairly quickly. That's probably one of the reasons why I don't mind working as many hours as I do.

Why do the spirits of Bruce Willis and Clint Eastwood keep trying to have their way with my female wired mind?

do I want chocolate? corona? both? neither? decisions...

It's Friday night and I'm exhausted and need to go shopping.

Need to see a Doctor when feeling below par.  After 3 weeks of low energy, poor concentration, an irritating cough and continual complaints re the office being too warm ..  Found out that I have a high temp and a highly contagious chest infection.  Antibiotics working after 2 days.  Last time I did this I ended up in hospital with pneumonia.  Need to work on basic learning skills.

Not fun, get well hon! Got a similar thing going on with swollen neck glands the last two months and shortness of breath and it isn't even deer rutting season yet.  I have an appointment coming up.

Thanks Shan.  Better see if there are deer loose in Sydney.   Are they 2 legged with long tails and pack a mean punch?
