I do have a few friends I'd keep forever, I plan on coming out to one of my closest friends. I'm 100% certain he will accept me, so far, he is the only person I have faith in. I know that a few of my closest friends will no longer be my friends if I told them about my gender dysphoria.

Thank you for all the replies, there seems to be a pattern with many posts here, they start off wanting to hide everything, but eventually they just don't let it control their lives and stop worrying about other people.
