for some reason, ive been banned on my mobile, but not on my desk top. same username  and password. tried sending an email to susan, but not seeing it under my sent emails. sorry for the lousy introduction, i will formally introduce myself in another post as ive been reading many a post here searching for info

Did it say banned or just would not load?

Some mobile phone browsers have had issue's loading our site. Have you used it before? I will check your I.P. status.

After checking the only error message is incorrect password.

it says banned. i have used the site before and my username and password are correct. moreover, it wont let me log in or out.

There is no Ban on your I.P. address. Your account shows open and accessible. Try to log in from a source other than your mobile device and see if you can log in.  :)

Any chance your desktop was using caps lock for the password, or that you forget to make the first letter lower case on mobile (mobile likes to capitalize the first letter automatically)

Otherwise maybe try resetting the password to something new entirely then try logging in again from both sources.

another thing i would try is to try clearing your phone browser cache, history, cookies etc.

depending on the type of phone and internet browser you have you should be able to do this by opening your phone browser (like you typically would do to surf to a webpage) and going to the settings option and having a look around til you find a 'delete or clear history/cache/cookies' option. alternatively you can google how to do this..

another option is to try accessing the site from a third source (another pc/laptop/phone) to see if it is localised on purely a phone api or just a random glitch.
