I've only dated straight guys who didn't know I was trans. Honestly it can be a horrible experience when they find out, as well as a memorable one. Recently I've been considering dating a FtM guy. They seem sweet, understand what I'm going through, and I do not have to worry about sex. However, three years ago I would say no. I do not know what has changed. Seems like I've matured? Could be my hormones, or surgery? I'm confused! What's wrong with me? Is this normal, to suddenly start liking "new" guys?

 The definition of normal is whatever the hell you make it. You'll certainly have a lot in common, so if it makes you happy, go for it.

Normal is what you make it! If you know a trans guy that you like... go for it!

We are just as helpless to who we are attracted to as being trans. I would say being attracted to someone no matter gender status or sexual orientation is pretty normal.

I've met some really cool trans guys, some are the manliest dudes I've ever known; best part is you'll both empathize with the struggles of the other. Definitely go for it!

I think I'm more attracted to trans men than any other gender. Girls are nicer to be around than guys, but idk if I could be in a long-term relationship with one, and cishet dudes just seem like they put so little effort into their appearance and hygiene imo.

There is nothing wrong with liking the looks of someone.
